Hi! This is my first post in the Me Time series and this week, we will be focusing on Exercise.
As a mum, I find it really hard to squeeze exercise into my day. It requires true discipline and I must admit that I really struggle with this.
So I decided to carve out some me time for me before the day begins. Once I get the kids off to school, I now try to fit in a quick run before I start work. I hope I manage to keep this up.
Anyway, here are my quick motivational tips for exercise:
1. Find an exercise partner
2. Download music that makes you move
3. Sign up for a marathon
4. Pin up an old photo on the Fridge!
Well, I hope that gets you moving. On Wednesday, I will be sharing some cute motivational cards that you can give to a girlfriend or for you to pin to your office cubicle or fridge! Then I will see you back here on Thursday where we hear from real life moms (part of the Singapore Secrets series).
