Today's idea needs little explanation. I almost feel like it doesn't classify as a recipe but I did cook the fishballs!
Anyway, I prepared this simple (& healthy) party food for the kids at my son's school today. It turns out that it was just a year end class party but I have had christmas on the brain, so I ended up making it look christmassy.
Anyway, this is what i did. I boiled these fishballs and just dropped them into a pretty cupcake case and stuck a toothpick into each of them. Then I transported them in a large disposable container and on arriving at the party, I added a dollop of ketchup to each fishball.
See, it really is that simple.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the fishballs at school but the photo above was taken at home.
At the end of the party, there were a couple left but
I think these fishballs did pretty well given the fierce competition from the chicken nuggets, fondant cupcakes and potato chips.
* Cupcake cases were purchased from Sun Lik Trading (50 cases for $4.00)
