It’s the first day of March and I am really excited to share with you my plans for the year.
I have enjoyed sharing my craft tutorials with you but what truly made me incredibly happy was knowing that my ideas inspired you to create. For example, Cindy & Ruth decorated their homes using my chinese new year printable posters. Hai Fang shared with me that she was inspired to make her own miniature flower arrangement. Evelyn & Clarissa shared on our facebook page that they made their own illustrated ziploc bags which were very cool.
Gosh! It really got me excited.
Because at the end of the day, I create so that others might be inspired to create too.
So I really hope that you will feel brave this year. That you will try something new. It might seem a little scary at first and yes, I know, some of you might be thinking, what if it goes wrong? What if it doesn’t turn out as nicely as I had hoped? Well, know that it might not turn out the way you hope. But like with all things, you will get better if you keep at it.
The key thing is you that you tried.
You were brave and you were creative.
You may not feel spectacular straight away.
But if you keep exercising that creative muscle, sooner or later, you will be making lots of spectacular ideas.
So join me in 2013 as we inspire each other to be brave, be creative and ultimately, to be spectacular.
Here is what you can expect on the blog for the rest of 2013.

Craft tutorials for the ordinary person (that's you!) I really hope to inspire you to make something. You might not like it the first time round but that isn't as important as the process of crafting and enjoying it. Making stuff is a lot of fun.
Friday - Nurturing Creativity
I believe Creativity can be nurtured and everyone has a little seed of creativity inside us waiting to be watered. From time to time, I will share stories and thoughts on how I see creativity being nurtured.
I hope you are excited cos I am.
Meantime, have a wonderful weekend and see you back here on Monday!
