I had a really full weekend and was thankful for the chance to finally visit The Art + Design Market No. 5. Held at Sculpture Square which is on Middle Road, the market is jointly organised by the good people from Books Actually and Sculpture Square.
Carefully curated, the Art + Design Market is considerably smaller compared to other markets but also less crowded. To be honest, I actually liked the intimate and relaxed feel. I took my time browsing their collection of books and chatting to the makers behind the products.
It was truly inspiring!
I will be bringing you more of their stories here on the blog soon.
In addition, there were also delectable cupcakes and sweet treats from Plain Vanilla which I didn't have enough cash for. I'm sure my waistline was thankful for it but the next time I visit, I will be sure to bring along more cash.
Meanwhile hre's a photo tour of the vendors that I saw :
p.s The next Art + Design Market is scheduled for 28/29 September 2013. Don't miss it!
